Just a few short years ago I was where some of you are now. Completely and utterly frustrated,
I built my first website and couldn't figure out a way to drive traffic or reach the first page of Google.

and worked online every spare minute
that I could steal; naively expecting a stampede of visitors
Then I had a revelation, that the people that
were at the top of Google knew exactly how they got there
Then I also learned that if you're expecting to earn income from your online endeavors you have to show up on the first
page of Google.
What was the turning point -- I don't think it was an actual turning point, I really think what happened was, after years of studying, reading over 50 ebooks , and signing up for every newsletter that promised a hint of hope, it just all came together.
