I have been an observer of life since I was a child growing up in very large family. I never really felt like I belonged. My parents divorced when it was not the 'in' thing to do in the late 60's and that made it even more difficult for me to fit in. All that life observing has made great material for novels.
I live in Southern California where I write what I call Fiction with a Purpose. Stories about real life situations that are from the characters point of view. When the reader puts the book down they will think, "was that real?" Hopefully they will have learned a lesson at the same time.
