Terri R. Stonecipher
Being deaf, and also having a mental disability, I know first hand the obstacles we face in the workforce. Having advocated for disability rights for several years, I have learned some things that I would like to share for the benefit of others.
I was also married for almost 25 years, and had two beautiful children, before divorcing. I have since come out of the closet, or removed my mask, and am living the lifestyle that I prefer and couldn't be happier for doing so. I am now with my partner, who I intend on keeping for a lifetime.
I have had so many obstacles put in my way over my lifetime, but with the grace of God have always survived. I have had a very hard life since birth, but wouldn't change a thing as it has made me who I am today.....and I'm proud of who I am!
