Becky Wenner
Becky Wenner has been a fitness enthusiast all her life. She is the founder of BeckysFitnessCompany.com, Becky's Personal Training Traxx - downloadable audio IPOD workouts, and the designer of BE FIT exercise equipment and apparel.
Becky attended the State University of New York at Albany for her undergraduate studies where she majored in Political Science and German. During her time there, Becky was Co-Captain of the Cheerleading Team, a Teacher's Assistant in the Physical Education Department, & an active member of the Equestrian Team. After graduating in the top 15% of her class, Becky went on to attend Hofstra School of Law. Graduating with honors and distinction (ranked top 10% of law school class)Becky began working as a NY Litigator. After successfully practicing law for 7 years, Becky's love of fitness, competitive sports & general dissatisfaction with the legal profession helped her make the decision to follow her heart & open Becky's Fitness Company. Now she seeks to help other women take control of their life, get healthy, happy & fit!!!
Becky Wenner is a highly qualified multi-level certified fitness instructor. She is certified as an Adventure Boot Camp Instructor and Fitness Nutrition Coach by the National Exercise and Sports Training Association (NESTA). Rebecca also holds other training certificates including Personal Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and Group Fitness Instruction from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She also holds her certification in kickboxing from AFAA & she is CPR & AED certified.
Her life experiences left Becky with the desire to share her love of fitness with others. She is dedicated to helping others pursue & achieve their goals for improved health and fitness and a more active lifestyle. Becky has been featured and quoted in several publications and has also appeared on Good Day New York with Mike Woods & her products have been featured on NBC Weekend Today!
