Jkalal M. Assar
Jkalal Assar's work has appeared in "Food and Wine," "Wine Spectator" and "Travel and Leisure." After formal culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Assar worked under Master Sommelier Stephen Geddes at Alchemy Kitchen and under Thomas Keller at Bouchon, both in Las Vegas. As of October, 2011, Jkalal is is Europe, studying culture, wine and gastronomical endeavors on an empirical level.
