Greg Forte, founder of Innova is a skilled Trainer, Teacher & Motivator. He has over 15 years of experience working for two multinational companies and a large non-profit organization. He has conducted training for numerous fortune 500 companies including: The Discovery Channel, Merck Sharpe & Dohme, Black and Decker, PricecewaterhouseCoopers, Citibank, Bristol Myers Squibb and Boeing. Mr. Forte has worked in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America. He has held a number of corporate positions in sales, marketing, training and general management.

Mr. Forte has a great passion for training. He has trained over 6,000 people in 10 countries, and recognizes the need for programs and processes tailored for the unique needs of each company, industry and culture. He has a particular expertise in the areas of Team Dynamics, Sales & Customer Service, Presentation Skills, and Emotional Intelligence.

Mr. Forte holds a B.S. degree from the University of Florida where he graduated as a member of the honor society of Phi Kappa Phi. He is certified in Advanced Instructional Techniques and has done graduate work at the University Of Miami. He loves to read, cook, is active in his church and is an avid college football fan. His greatest passions are his wife and four children.
