Paula Stephens

Paula Stephens has crafted a life and career around her passions. She holds a masters degree in exercise physiology, has worked as a personal trainer and national presenter of fitness workshops. Working in cardiac rehab prompted her to reposition herself in her field in order to be more proactive in providing people access to exercise opportunities before they had a cardiac event. Currently she runs a large community based fitness and wellness program. One of Paula's natural gifts is connecting to people both as a professional mentor and personal trainer in a way that enables people to surpass personal barriers in their lives.

Personally Paula lives the life she espouses. After qualifying at the Tucson Marathon she ran the coveted Boston Marathon in 2007. She actively engages in the Colorado lifestyle by trail running, mountain biking and snowboarding. Paula believes we all still hold an innate connection to nature and the great outdoors.

She is surrounded by a loving brood of men including 4 sons. She blames them for pushing her snowboarding limits and teaching her how wonderful life can be when you just let go.
