After 19 years running a performance improvement consulting firm, Karen has discovered the joy of writing. She spends part of her week free lance writing on topics related to the workplace, adult learning, and her special love of theater especially the Broadway stage and the neighborhood restaurants and shops. She continues to spend her time working with adults to help further their education and business skill development.
