Rebecca LaPole
Rebecca LaPole grew up outside of Denver in a quaint suburban city; Arvada. She attended Colorado State University in
Fort Collins and has lived there for over 10 years now. Rebecca graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts in Technical Journalism and worked as a writer, photographer, and editor at Scene Magazine fresh out of college. She has also done freelance writing for local magazines such as: NextNC, Fort Collins Now, Scene, and the Greeley Tribune; as well as a national story for Cycle Source Magazine. She has covered entertainment from CD reviews to band promotion, event coverage to product descriptions, interviews with celebrities and bands, and restaurant reviews to skydive experience writing. It was in Fort Collins where she found her true love of her life, husband, Scott, and her true love of live local music. With such a robust scene, who couldn't love it?! Red Rocks and the Mishawaka Amphitheaters are her two favorite venues because she loves the outdoors and thinks mother nature makes the best acoustics out there. Knitting dog sweaters, fishnets and more, hiking, swimming with her dog, camping around an open fire, and writing, of course, are a few of her favorite things. Rebecca loves living and working in Colorado and thinks everyone should visit Fort Collins to see the Mishawaka, the Poudre River, and Horsetooth Reservoir while indulging in some local music along the way.
