Wife (and sometimes co-pilot) of an over-the-road trucker, I have the unique opportunity to travel the country. With the perspective of a mommy/homemaker/wife rolled into one, I review and report back on products for the road, and road trips themselves.
A mother forced to live in the south due to custody issues with an ex-husband (current husband resides in the north), I also have the unusual circumstances of raising my beautiful 8-year-old daughter alone. A self-proclaimed guru of long distance marriages, I spend only four months out of the year with my husband and traveling with him.
I also have a father with Stage 3 Alzheimer's, whom I have been responsible for for the last 10 years. I hope to be able to be a source of support for others dealing and coping with this disease.
In my spare time I am a voice instructor and beginning violin and cello teacher. A sometimes jazz singer, I perform around the country as the need arises :).
