D. Gilbert Trout
D. Gilbert Trout is the illigitimate grandson of famed writer, Kurt Vonnegut's fictional character, Kilgore Trout. He is the result of a single piece of erotic fan-fiction written by his mother in the early 70's.
Consequently, D. Gilbert Trout suffers the stigma of being half-fictional on his Father's side, and often finds himself in the middle of situations that one might see in a late-night B-Movie.
The part of him that is NOT fictional grew up in the midwest, went to college, got a job, went BACK to college, and now makes his living as a media consultant for business and non-profit organizations in Apalachia.
He lives in a big purple house with his wife and two geriatric cats.
