After enduring decades of panic, anxiety, and depression; I worked my way out of the woods. The bonus was finding my life's passion and work. So I went back to school and earned my counseling credentials.

I'm reaching out to those enduring depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder on my blog, chipur. It's a haven of sharing, learning, and relief for anyone, really, enduring an emotional or mental health situation.

In addition to producing and writing for chipur, I spend a lot of time on independent writing projects, including ebooks. I've been fortunate enough to have articles featured on several blogs.

I live in the suburbs of Chicago where I enjoy spending time with my two teenage children.
