The Sales and Leadership Doctor
Having trained at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst I continued in progressive reservist Leadership positions after leaving the British Army. I pursued a Sales career in a variety areas including Insurance, Property, Office equipment (Rank Xerox), IT and Recruitment. I have done it, seen it; worn some pretty appalling T-Shirts and am still learning, thinking and solving sales and leadership problems.
My last 2 employed positions I was running,fast growing and innovative recruitment business; both of which I disposed of in order to pursue a business that transforms sales forces and fixes the broken part of recruitment, creating long term sustainability for CEOs, Sales Directors, VP Sales and salespeople.
