Joe is a successful writer and a highly respected speaker. Joe boasts 20 solid years of writing experience and has an 85 percent success rate in grant writing. He holds a degree in sociology from UCLA. After graduating from UCLA, Joe freelanced as a writer and copy editor for over 15 years. He later became a member of a very successful nonprofit consulting firm as a grant writer. Now, his services include identifying appropriate grant funding sources that meet the programming needs of nonprofit or public organizations, writing, editing, proofreading, and submitting competitive federal, state, private, and corporate foundation grant proposals. He has a robust background in program and organizational nonprofit development and over 15 years of successful leadership and management experience. Joe studied directly under the tutelage of John C. Maxwell, Ph.D., a premier expert in the field of leadership and he is very well versed in the art of people and social skills based on principles taught by Dale Carnegie, Norman Vincent Peale, and Og Mandino. Finally, Joe is slated to publish his first fiction-horror novel entitled, "Angel" by the summer of 2010 with Wheatmark Publications Ltd.
