Christopher Taylor Davis

My name is Christopher Taylor Davis. I am currently finishing my BA in Women and Gender Studies at East Carolina University, in Greenville, NC. Next fall, I hope to continue my education in order to receive my MA and PhD. In the future I hope to be a professor and director of a Women's, Gender, and GLBT program.

My topics of interest are Gay and Lesbian Studies, Women and Gender Studies, Race, Religion, Politics and Parenting.

I am currently working on my undergraduate thesis, "Working the System: Understanding the process in which Gays and Lesbians become adoptive parents in North Carolina." My hope is that my thesis will be helpful in better understanding Gay and Lesbian adoptions in North Carolina.

I will continue to further my understanding and research of gay and lesbian issues, women's issue, as well issues related to race and inequality.
