Dale Ratliff has lived in Oregon for thirty-one years and had traveled to the state his entire life prior to moving there in 1979 at the age of 14 . An avid outdoorsman, Dale loves to explore. He enjoys hiking, mountain climbing and mountain biking. An all around Oregon explorer, Dale has spent the last thirty-one years doing just that, exploring the state he loves.
