With 50 running at a fast pace to catch me, I am doing my best to maintain my mental and physical health status: I run, yoga and I've been a vegetarian for nearly 20 years. I love creating: starting from nothing and creating an original product whether that's with writing or with crocheting - another skill that keeps me sane.
