Edy Eddins

I began my professional career as a young entrepreneur. At 18, I got enough financial backing to open a mid to high-end audio store in Shreveport, LA. I ran the store while attending LSU-Shreveport full time. The store was fairly successful until lack of experience taught me some hard lessons.

After closing the store, I went to work for a local chain, my former competitors. I was a store manager for them, producing high figures. In 1989, I was offered the opportunity to go west to seek my fortunes.

I went to work for The Good Guys!, a west-coast chain of electronics stores. I was a store manager, and corporate sales trainer for them. I left the company in 1993 to go into car sales.

In the automotive sales field, I started as a lot salesman, working my way up to general manager of a Toyota store before I was 30. The time constraints of the job forced yet another career change, this time back to electronics with Circuit City.

I have since been in advertising sales, electronics sales, automotive and more. I have been lucky to have the opportunities I have, and have always excelled. I have diverse interests, and always have my eyes on the next big challenge. I suppose thats why I have changed careers so many times.

Currently, I work with Blazevic Funding Group as their Business Development Manager. We work with real estate investors to develop successful strategies. We also provide backing through hard money loans and joint ventures to help investors grow their businesses.

I write a blog on the site, http://hardmoneyhappy.com/ dedicated to showing investors our philosophies on the business. I am available for educational sessions and speaking engagements as well.

I have written and published short stories and informative articles throughout my life. I was recently featured in a real estate investor magazine devoted to guiding the industry.
