Ford is a 21 year combat veteran and a retired US Army officer. He is a confirmed political conservative and a born again Christian. He has a BBA in Management and a Masters Degree in Psychology. His experience includes managing organizations from 10 to 400 people. He has served as a leadership and management training consultant in both government and non-governmental organizations. Ford has taught leadership, history and government at the college level. He has four grown children and eight grandchildren and enjoys travel.
