Hans Hell
I am a person with a devoted ambition to express my thoughts and opinions through writing in a more structure manner. I got an invite from a friend to this great community, and I feel like I am already sort of addicted to get myself started.
I have been in the military a few years ago, and I learned a lot about myself during that time.
I have a great prepossession to all kind of sports, personal training as well as nutrition-studies.
I have been doing a lot of sports during my growth, starting with soccer, ice-hockey moving on to baseball, mountain-bike, snowboarding and now recently been addicted to more individual-training, and to help others as well.
My philosophy is that our bodies are our castles, and we should always make sure we do the best in order to be able to live the lives we want, not just today, but for a long time ahead.
