Bennett Rea
I am a graduate of Juniata College as of December 2010. My greatest strength and passion has always been my writing, be it fictional or journalistic. I have written for my collegiate newspaper for three years, being an editor for one and half. I have maintained a high GPA, been accepted into the National Conference for Undergraduate Research (NCUR) three times for my philosophy and politics papers, and I was a finalist for an oratorical contest in which we had to write and give our own speeches.
I am currently in the process of writing two short scripts and three feature-length scripts for various screenplay competitions (the short scripts were commissioned by a producer at my college). I am also in the preproduction process of creating a short film, which will be shot in May 2011. I have extensive experience in many different types of writing: journalism, short fiction, poems, screenplays, novels, research papers, philosophic doctrine-espousal, speeches, and blogging.
