Professionally, he has worked for the government as a bomb disposal specialist for 5 years until retraining for a safer career in the IT industry in 1992, since when he has been designing and sculpting software for a variety of industries.
Doug is an avid outdoorsman, is married to an amazing woman, and has 12 children and 2 grandchildren. He currently resides in San Antonio, Texas, and considers himself to possess dual citizenship in both Missouri and the Lonestar state.
