Professor Snyder is the founder of the ESL Excellence Institute. She has a post graduate New York State license in education administration and a Master of Science degree in TESOL, Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. She has taught ESL 7-12 and college level ESL for over 23 years. She is a New York State certified and licensed Education Administrator and Instructor of English to Speakers of Other Languages. She is bilingual. Her second language is Spanish. She reads, writes and speaks Spanish proficiently.
