A respected thought-leader and industry analyst in both the traditional CRM and Social CRM (SCRM) marketplaces. My passion for and in-depth knowledge of Web/SaaS, CRM, analytics and SCRM has allowed me to build strong collaborative relationships within the industry analyst community.

A visionary leader with more then 15 years of executive-level professional services and product management experience.

Before founding CRM Mastery, I was a Senior Product Manager for predictive CRM applications at SPSS, Inc. where I played the lead role in the design, development and role out of predictive analytic CRM solutions.

Finally over the past 25 years, as a Sales Force Automation and CRM Consultant, I've helped more than 100 organizations design and successfully implement CRM technology solutions; including companies like Sprint, Apria Home Healthcare, ADIC, Iomega Corporation, US West, Citicorp Diners Club, Hewlett-Packard, Times Warner, Mellon Mortgage, Charles Schwab and many others.

My writing appears in various industry journals including RealMarket, the Journal of Data Warehousing, TechTarget's SearchCRM portal and of course the CRM Mastery e-Journal.
