David DeLeon
I was born and raised in the US Military. At the age of 18 I enlisted in the 82nd Airborne Division and was trained in the infantry. I was selected for the pistol team in my company and quickly advanced up through the ranks to the All Army Pistol team where I selected to parcipitate on the olympic shooting team. When I separated from the Army I attended college and eventually completed an MBA from Marylhurst University. I worked several management jobs in Southern California until I bought my own "Cop Shop" in Portland Oregon. While living in Southern California I took up sailing with a local sailing club and began a life time dream to sail around the world. During all these years I married and help raise four wonderful children. After a friendly divorce and remariage, my family all live in the Portland Oregan area where we are now blessed with 9 grandkids. We are currently putting together the plan to sail away in 2013.
