For most of my life the old descriptive adage of a person being "a jack of all trades, but a master of none" was truly the most fitting. My time in the Army gave me experience in the field of physical therapy. After getting out of the military I spent time as an EMT-I, worked in emergency communications for a large police department, all before I decided to become an educator. In my eight years within an elementary school classroom, I have continued to pursue higher education in an effort to better help the students that I serve. I HOPE and plan to receive my doctorate degree in Educational Leadership some time after the first of the year.
