John Lee recently retired from a business career that spanned over 40 years. During that that time Lee authored, DIRECTIONS '" A New Dimension In Estate Planning. He taught in colleges throughout the Pacific Northwest. He has lectured at the University of Washington, Western Washington University in addition to many business and professional organizations. He served as a member of the pre-retirement faculty of The Boeing Company. Much of his work has been the subject of national television. He is a graduate of the University of Washington with a major in Business Administration.
John Lee served as Charter President of The Alaska General Agents and Managers Association. He is Past President of The General Agents and Managers International Conference and The Seattle Chapter of The American College of Chartered Life Underwriters.
John is the former Vice-President and Public Relations Chairman of Compassion in Dying, a Seattle based organization devoted to choices in dying for the terminally ill. He has lectured throughout the Pacific Northwest on the legal and ethical issues of death and dying. He is the author of "Anatomy Of A Good Death."
Since retirement Lee has developed an exciting career in writing and editing. His article, "Memoirs Of A Life Insurance Agent" has been published in two financial magazines, Advisor Today and Across The Board. He has been a regular contributor of articles on life and ethical issues to various newspapers and magazines.
He recently edited and was a contributing author of "Freedom To Choose '" How to Make End-Of-Life Decisions" by Dr. George Burnell. He is currently editing Dr. Burnell's newest book on toxic foods.
