Color Me Yoga translates the vast principles of Yoga, or union of body, mind and spirit into easily accessible child friendly language so that children everywhere can remember their vastness throughout their lives. Marsha believes that every child in the world deserves to maintain their birthright to JOY. The practice of yoga is a practice of fullness, aliveness and connection to one's self and the world.
