Suzanne Moum
Suzanne Moum is a social studies teacher at a small high school in Wyoming. Raised in Wisconsin, she is passionate about her chosen field and committed to bringing the real world into her classroom. Before becoming a teacher, Suzanne was an avid dancer and world traveler. Due to her mid-west upbringing and interactions with diverse peoples, Suzanne has a unique take on the world.
Suzanne entered the world of writing to share insights and ideas with fellow teachers and educators. She also writes for young adults who are making the transitions from high school to college and from college to work. Suzanne is a life-long learner and currently pursuing a master's degree in Social Studies Education from the University of Missouri. Insights from the Writings of the Baha'i Faith inform much of her writing, as do her personal experiences. She feels blessed to be supported by a loving husband and large family, and fortunate to have two pet rats (Riley and Kit) to love and care for.
