I don't know about you but I have this thing for trying. I have tried so many business ventures just to see how they work. Many times I have failed completely, but my husbands says, "No, Hon, you would have failed if you hadn't tried." He has always been there for me through thick and thin and supports me no matter what I do.

I have been a secretary, waitress, donut maker, tavern owner, real estate agent, insurance agent, cosmetologist, clothing sales, Avon, and now that I have settled down, I am writing, which I truly love to do.

We adopted a Doberman named Abbie and had her 13 years till she got so sick we held her while the doctor made her go to sleep. I have grieved and still grieve for her for years.

All my family are veterans. My husband, Eddie is Army. Our oldest daughter, Kristy is Army. Our son, Joseph is retired Army. Our youngest daughter, Anna, is Navy. Our grandson, Sean, is Marines. I can not begin to tell you how proud I am of them.

All the family now have family of their own giving us 6 grandchildlren and 1 great grand daughter.

We have a black Labrador named Jezebel and a stray long haired Calico Cat we adopted, named AsterLily.
