Cecelia Messina
Cecelia Messina is a writer, consultant and sommelier focusing on lifestyle topics. Her travels have allowed her to experience first-hand the wonders of wine, beer, spirits and food. She first learned about wine in Argentina, which fueled her desire to open a small wine boutique and share the wonders of wine with others. So, in October 2001, she opened a small, neighborhood wine boutique that was reminiscent of a European wine cave and in 2006 became a Certified Sommelier.
Cecelia likes to bypass the typical reliance on French wines like Bordeaux for the less familiar varietals from Spain, Portugal and South America. In the USA, she chooses great wines from Washington State and Oregon over commercially popular California. Her flair for pairing beer and spirits with any number of foods – from international cuisine to comfort foods – has given her numerous opportunities to share her knowledge with restaurateurs and stay-at-home foodies alike.
She is passing along her love of food and wine to her kids while she slowly but surely gets her first book about wine grape varietals and their personalities completed.

What Would Happen If I Got Pulled Over Under Arizona's Immigration LawYou never know when you'll be the target of a well-intended law that goes awry.
