For the past twelve years ShaRae has honed her craft as a Public Speaker, Host, Emcee. She applies her articulate, well spoken, and engaging personality to her lectures, training, and charitable events. Her speaking titles include: Growing Gracefully, Discovering Your Passion and Transitioning to Independence. She has touched the lives of our youth through courage, perseverance and building self esteem in a way that is rewarding, unique and truly remarkable.
Through her "Becoming Me" foundation ShaRae challenges our leaders of tomorrow to grow and blossom into the person they are destined to be. ShaRae inspires all to succeed at whatever endeavor they put their mind to, by teaching that failure is a prelude to success and the only ones who fail are those who do not try.
In order to overcome the many obstacles of gender, race, and finances for tomorrow's future ShaRae instills a new mindset by dusting off the stale and complacent thoughts that no longer stir the imagination, passion and excitement about the Journey of Life.
