Since 2002, Rich Mercier has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources, Information Technology, and Payroll professions. Over this time, he has been directly a part of each organization, or at some point, has worked directly with them, playing a vital role in ensuring the success of small roll-outs to enterprise projects.
Among other hobbies, Rich has a passion for video games and the technology revolving around game-play and distribution.
