My professional background is in the administration area, from the mail room girl to being a PHR (fancy title for knowing about the laws that affect HR.) I was at my best when I was helping people solve problems and at my worst when I couldn't help someone because I had to follow a policy that I didn't agree with. My dream job title is "people". You know how in movies they say" have your people call my people"... I want to be one of those people.
