Matt Garley, President and Founder of Recruitment Executives LLC, HeadHunter15 LLC, and Career Success Advisors LLC, is an industry-insider and subject matter expert in the area of personnel placement and career coaching, with more than 25 years of experience as a hiring manager, an executive recruiter, and career coach, with the vast majority of those years being spent with three Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to forming Recruitment Executives in 2006, as a manager with the world's third largest staffing company he was responsible for Information Technology staffing for the state of Wisconsin, and in 2008 he was contracted by another "Top-Three" global staffing company to assist them in meeting their in-house corporate staffing needs.
During his career, Matt has worked with over 150 companies, more than 500 hiring managers, and with thousands of candidates. Considerable time spent on both sides of the desk as a hiring-manager and an executive recruiter has uniquely qualified him in virtually every aspect of job placement and provided the ultimate-platform to develop, test, and refine the aggressive job search and placement methodologies which he also now uses to provide job-seekers with the insider-knowledge and advantages needed to effectively compete for employment in today's highly-competitive job market.
