Tony Bush is a freelance writer who lives in Sequim, Washington, with his wife and three children.
As the son of a Navy man, he traveled through much of his childhood to faraway places like California, Washington, Illinois, Mississippi, and Arizona, before settling in Hawai`i and attending the University of Hawai`i at Manoa.
He worked as an archaeological assistant for 15 years.
He has played trombone professionally for a variety of musical groups (such as Ooklah The Moc and Dread Ashanti) in a variety of styles (including Reggae, Jazz, Acid Jazz, Funk, Blues, and Island).
