Michael Cunningham
Brief biography - Michael Cunningham is the President and founder of the Harvard Computing Group, Inc., a software, training and consulting firm dedicated to improving results and simplying in processes and project technology organizations. He is the principal creator of TaskMap, a process documentation and improvement system based on Microsoft Visio.
Often described as a Business Technologist, Cunningham is that rare breed that can communicate how and when to leverage technology for business goals. He is author of B2B: How to Build a profitable e-commerce strategy, Perseus Books, (published in November 2000, paperback 1st edition June 2002), he is also the author of Smart Things to Know About E-business, published in January of 2002. Partners.com was released in July 2001 (paperback edition due in June 2002). Cunningham's experience in partnership development has been groundbreaking.
He is also a contributing writer for BP Trends with a column published bi-monthly. He is a regular speaker and contributor to industry events, and will be a member of the elite management consultants to have an essay included in the Bloomsbury Business Database, published in the fall of 2002. His most recent book Finish What You Start, Kaplan 2006 provides guidance for first time project managers.
