I am a Certified Christian Life Coach, Mental Wellness Counselor, Professor of Psychology, Speaker/Workshop Facilitator and an Author. My specialty is in Human Behavior, Behavior Management and Mentoring. I am involved in several community based programs focusing on personal behavior as well as classroom and life skill management. I am a mother, grandmother and a United States Navy Chief Petty Officer (Retired). I love talking to people and I especially love helping people see God in all of their life's plans.
I have experience as a program facilitator, keynote speaker and topic specific speaker/trainer for various forms of seminars. My passion is life transition to include self esteem, self worth and self identity in teens and adults, various areas of transitioning into adulthood, mentoring - especially teaching how to become a mentor, transitioning of Baby Boomers (of which I am a proud member) and older adults.
