I am a wife to a wonderful husband who can test my patience as much as I test his, and yet, I wouldn't want anyone else. As well as a mother to 4 very lively and handsome boys. After being a working mother outside my home for several years, in mid 2005, I became a mother full-time. Earlier that same year, I took some classes and became a counselor to breastfeeding mothers which I was able to do from home. I have since furthered my education in that field, got some initials behind my name and started teaching some classes on breastfeeding once a week. My work with these women has even gotten me on the local news and given me much appreciation for my own experiences. Working in this field has changed all of the perceptions, views and goals I originally had about parenting and I wouldn't change it for anything!
