Kathryn Walsh is a high school science teacher currently teaching biology and earth science. She has extensive training as an outdoor educator and has also served as a reading specialist, working with students ranging from kindergarten through college levels.
Kathryn is an avid soccer fan. She played recreational soccer starting at the age of 10. She continued to play in high school, earning All-League and Outstanding Female Athlete awards. Kathryn has coached at the youth and high school levels, and currently referees for AYSO.
Kathryn is an amateur chef, nature enthusiast, avid reader, aspiring athlete, quilter, freelance writer, and single parent to two small boys. In her spare time she enjoys crochet, swimming, hiking, football, soccer, music, movies, and bakes the ultimate chocolate chip cookie.
